On 26 October 2009, work began on the Besoo Lighting Technology (Dalian) Co., Ltd. energy-saving lighting industrial base project. The project is mainly involved with the R&D and production of energy-saving lighting system products, with a total investment of 900 million Yuan Renminbi.
